Short 5K morning run

Well, I told myself that I was going to hold off from running for 4 days & see if my left knee would feel better. I got up first thing this morning & did a short 3.25 mile run. My pace was 8:11 per mile. Not to bad. I can truely say there wasn't any pain like its been the last few runs. I know my miles weren't much, but I think the rest helped! I think I'm just going to take it easy for a few more just to play it safe.
I stepped on the scale after my run at 180 lbs. Awsome, almost at my highschool weight again.
